Mobility and the Honey Business

New York is divided into 8 different areas. At each of these locations, a variety of honey products, (called 'Stash') with fluctuating prices, are on sale. Players need to strategize to exploit these changing variables to trade at a profit. Not all of the Stash items are necessarily on sale at each location all of the time, and moderate price rises and falls may be affected by events such as:

1. Other dealers flooding the market with Stash.

2. Cops making a big honey bust (which will drive the price up).

3. A player or gang that has a Lab producing a Stash Item in a particular area.

4. High demand for a particular Stash Item in an area.

On arriving at a new location, you will be told if any of these "special" events have occurred. The main way to make money in Ratel Cartel is to buy and sell Stash, buying cheaply at one location, and then moving to a new location and selling for a profit (arbitrage). When you have arrived at a location, you will be told which Stash items are being dealt in, and the current price.

If you are at a location where you cannot sell your Stash items, you can drop them to free up space in your inventory if you see a better deal to purchase different Stash Items cheaply. This action increases the probability that law enforcement may catch you in the act and attack you.
